Living Area: The home is a remodeled
"Tumalo", a favorite of Sunriver residents
and guests. The living and dining area feature
exposed beams, a vaulted pine tongue and groove
ceiling, and a row of windows near the peak of
the roof for sunlight to enter and provide a view
up through the tree tops. This open, living, dining,
and kitchen area provides a light and bright atmosphere.
The kitchen is well stocked with kitchen equipment, with the added touch of fresh Coffee beans for our guests! The gas fireplace adds warmth in the winter, while
the central air conditioning will be appreciated
on those warm summer days. There is a TV with
DVD and VCR, and stereo with CD player.
Bedrooms & Baths: The master bedroom
has a private bath and new king bedroom set coming in September. The second bedroom
provides a queen bed and set of bunks, with bath
nearby. Bedrooms have TVs with VCR/DVDs, while the baths include hair dyers.
Deck & Hot Tub: Through the sliding
glass door off the dining area is an enlarged
deck with upgraded patio furnishings, new hot
tub for 5, and gas barbecue, surrounded by open
forest.
Parking & Bikes: The home includes
a double garage for parking out of the weather,
with additional parking on the paved drive. Four
adult cruiser bikes and a bike trailer are provided for guests.
Sunriver Resort: Sunriver is located on
the east slopes of the Cascade Mountains in the
heart of central Oregon's Recreational Paradise.
This popular, world-class resort has extensive
bike paths, three 18-hole golf courses, tennis
courts, swimming pools, parks, and shopping center
with a variety of restaurants. Mt Bachelor ski
area is just 20 minutes away, along with the Cascade
Lakes recreational area and nearby High Desert
Museum.
