Fawn 5 was totally remodeled inside and out during the fall of 2007 through the spring of 2008. It has the character of the original home but with a luxurious feel. This 2700 sq ft home has all new upscale furnishings and amenities and is centrally located just a five-minute walk across Abbott Drive from the Sunriver Village Mall, the center for many resort activities. The location is quiet; the extensive common area on two sides of the home provides privacy and openness. The bike path near the back of the property is a direct route to both the Village Mall and Lodge area.
Amenities: Hot Tub, Unlimited Pool/Tennis Court Passes, High Speed Wireless Internet Access, Cable LCD TVs with DVD, Gas BBQ, Foosball Table in the loft, Ping Pong Table, newer Cruiser Bikes and child Bike Trailer. The Sunriver Lodge area with the south Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts and other area amenities, is equally close.
Living Area: The living area features two story cathedral windows, and three rooms have skylights that give the home a light and airy feeling. The living area has a gas fireplace that adds warmth in the winter, while the central air conditioning will be appreciated on those warm summer days. There is a 46 inch LCD TV over the gas fireplace, stereo system with CD player and high speed wireless internet access.
Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen is well stocked with kitchen equipment, with the added touch of fresh coffee beans for our guests! The all new kitchen includes granite countertops with breakfast bar (seating for 4), and is open to the dining area with solid mango wood table (seating for 10). Access to the large 16 x 24 ft paver patio is through a 9 ft french door off the dining area.
Bedrooms & Loft: There are 3 Master Suites with king beds and private baths. The one on the second floor has a private balcony, while one of the lower master suites has direct access to the hot tub area. Two additional bedrooms have queen beds, with baths in the hall nearby. The loft upstairs includes two alcoves with single beds, a trundle bed, foosball table and wall-mounted 37 inch LCD TV. Bedrooms have LCD TV’s with DVD players; baths include hair dryers. There is a portable crib and booster seat for infants or young children.
Deck & Hot Tub: From the living area there is direct access to a large 16 x 24 ft paver patio with picnic table, gas barbecue and patio furnishings to enjoy the outdoors. The hot tub is at the back of the home, with privacy screen and room for seating and socializing.
Parking & Bikes: There is a double carport with an extensive parking area. Eight adult cruiser bikes, child bike trailer and a ping pong table are provided for guests.
Sunriver Resort: Sunriver is located on the east slopes of the Cascade Mountains in the heart of central Oregon's recreational paradise. This popular world-class resort has extensive bike paths, three 18-hole golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pools, parks, and shopping center with a variety of restaurants. Mt. Bachelor ski area is just 20 minutes away, along with the Cascade Lakes recreational area and nearby High Desert Museum.
