This recently remodeled 2150 sq ft vacation home at #2 Quail Lane is locataed on the west side of North Ponderosa Drive. We also own the home at #3 Quail Lane, making it possible for larger groups of up to 20 to stay adjacent to each other in this quiet area near the Village Mall. It is just a short walk or three minute bike ride along Beaver Drive to the Sunriver Village Mall, the center for many resort activities.
Amenities Include: Hot Tub, Unlimited Pool/Tennis Court Passes, High Speed Wireless Internet Access, 6 Cable LCD TVs with DVDs, Air-Conditioning, Ping Pong Table, Gas BBQ, 8 newer cruiser bikes and bike trailer. The Sunriver Lodge area with south swimming pool, tennis courts and area amenities is a short bike ride away. Fort Rock Park with children's play area and tennis courts is north on Beaver Drive.
Living Area: The home layout is reverse living with the great room upstairs. The great room includes the living room, dining area and kitchen. The large living area has a peak-a-boo view of Mt. Bachelor and a gas fireplace that adds warmth and ambiance during the cool part of the year. There is a new LCD 26" TV with DVD, stereo components including CD player, and free high speed wireless internet access.
Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen is well stocked with kitchen equipment, with the added touch of fresh Coffee beans for our guests! The kitchen is open to the dining area and living room with large table and comfortable seating for eight. There are four bar stools for those who prefer eating at the breakfast bar. A sliding glass door off the dining area leads out onto the deck and hot tub area.
Bedrooms & Baths: The upstairs master suite includes a king bed and private bath. The full bath in the hall serves guests from the great room and second upstairs bedroom. The three bedrooms downstairs include a master suite with king bed and private bath, a bedroom with queen bed and direct access to the bathroom, and a bunk room with two set of bunks. The four adult bedrooms have new 20" LCD TV's with DVD players and the bunkroom has a 20" flatscreen TV with DVD/VCR. Baths include hair dryers for guest use.
Deck and Hot Tub: There is a large deck off the living area at the front of the home with patio furniture. A second deck with gas BBQ is accessed from the dining area and Master Suite upstairs. The hot tub for 7 is located on a secluded deck midway between the upper and lower rear decks. There is a patio off the master suite downstairs with direct access to the lower deck and hot tub areas. Large common areas with open ponderosa pine forest extend from three sides of the home.
Parking and Bikes: An attached double-car garage provides parking out of the weather, with additional parking on the paved drive. 8 adult cruiser bikes and a bike trailer are available for guests.
