making it possible for larger groups of up to 20 to stay adjacent to each other in this quiet area near the Village Mall. It is just a short walk or three minute bike ride along Beaver Drive to the Sunriver Village Mall, the center for many resort activities. The Sunriver Lodge area with south swimming pool, tennis courts, and other amenities is a short bike ride away. Fort Rock Park with children’s play area and tennis courts is north on Beaver Drive.

Living Area & Game Room: The home is spacious both inside and out, with a light and bright atmosphere. The large living area includes a gas fireplace, 27-inch TV with DVD and VCR, and stereo with CD player. A queen hide-a-bed is located in the living area. The adjacent game room with foosball table opens onto the deck.
Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen is well stocked with kitchen equipment, with the added touch of fresh Coffee beans for our guests! The kitchen is open to the dining area with large oak table and comfortable seating for eight. A sliding glass door off the dining area leads out onto the deck.
Bedrooms & Baths: The master suite has a private bath and king bed coming in September. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a double/single bunk. The second bath is located nearby. Bedrooms have TVs/VCRs, while baths include hair dryers.
Deck and Hot Tub: The 10-foot deck wraps around three sides of the home, with hot tub for 7, gas barbecue, patio furniture and built-in benches. A large common area with open ponderosa pine forest extends from the deck.
Parking and Bikes: A single-car garage provides parking out of the weather, with additional parking on the paved drive. 5 adult cruiser bikes and bike trailer are available for guests.
Sunriver Resort: Sunriver is located on the east slopes of the Cascade Mountains in the heart of Central Oregon’s Recreational Paradise. This popular world-class resort has extensive bike paths, three 18-hole golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pools, parks, and shopping center with a variety of restaurants. Mount Bachelor ski area is just 20 minutes away, along with the Cascade Lakes recreational area and nearby High Desert Museum.
